Summary
Join the Amy Downs Team as a Buyers Agent, serving Forney and nearby communities. We are looking for a driven, client-oriented professional to expertly guide homebuyers through each phase of their real estate journey. This position provides the chance to collaborate with a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable home buying experience. Responsibilities
- Guide clients in finding and acquiring residential properties that align with their preferences and financial plans
- Perform market analysis and deliver current information on property listings and real estate trends to clients
- Arrange and lead property tours, emphasizing important features and advantages to prospective buyers
- Represent clients in negotiating purchase offers and counteroffers to achieve optimal terms
- Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and other relevant parties to facilitate a seamless transaction
- Keep clients informed with consistent updates and promptly address any inquiries during the buying journey
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships to promote referrals and ongoing business opportunities
- Current and valid Texas real estate license
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Buyers Agent or in a comparable real estate position
- In-depth understanding of the Forney real estate market and nearby communities
- Exceptional skills in negotiation and communication
- Demonstrated capability to handle multiple clients and transactions concurrently
- Experienced in using real estate CRM platforms and MLS databases
- Highly detail-focused with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Able to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Dependable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet client demands
