We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being.Supervision includes:Telehealth supervisionMonthly in-person visitsCollaborative team supportFlexible scheduling based on clinical needs.What We're Looking For We are seeking motivated and team-oriented clinicians who:Collaborate effectively with team members.Support and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.Are dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses.Maintain strong clinical and ethical standards.BCaBA Requirements Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.Active LARA License.BCBA Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.Active LARA License (if applicable).Service Areas: Oakland, Shiawassee, Ottawa, and Genesee counties.#J-18808-Ljbffr
