This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our Research & Development, Sales, Quality, and Production groups to ensure the highest standard of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trials and conversions, building relationships, and leading our product marketing. Collaborating with R&D, Sales, Quality and Production teams to develop and implement product strategies that align with the companys goals and market trends. 2. Managing trials and conversions to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and potential customers. 4. Leveraging your strong knowledge of continuous casting of steel to drive product innovation and improvements. 5. Coordinating with the sales team to boost product sales and ensure revenue growth. 6. Leading product marketing efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and marketing communications. 7. Ensuring compliance with CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) and other relevant regulations. 8. Overseeing the entire product life cycle, from conception to launch and beyond. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Product Manager role should possess the following qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the construction industry. 3. Solid experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. 4. Strong knowledge of continuous casting of steel and its application in product development. 5. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers. 6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 7. Experience with CCAR or similar regulatory compliance requirements. 8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present product strategies to the team and stakeholders. 9. Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions. 10.
