Your responsibilities include:

• Source and identify healthcare candidates utilizing our unique platform alongside your existing network
• Engage potential candidates to share MLR's unique opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for detailed evaluations
• Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture interest and assist throughout their hiring journey
• Keep accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews, and successful hires resulting from your efforts
