Key Responsibilities

• Host scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Clearly explain available coverage options and answer client questions
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing support
• Maintain accurate digital records while following regulatory and company compliance standards
• Participate in weekly training sessions, development meetings, and leadership workshops
