We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Specialist within our esteemed financial services sector. This role is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, focusing on delivering exceptional customer care.

While the position is in the financial industry, it revolves around engaging with and assisting existing customers. We prioritize candidates with excellent customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, with the added option of working from a nearby branch location. It is crucial to note that this is not a call center or sales-oriented role.

Responsibilities

• Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
• Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
• Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
• Purchase office equipment when appropriate
• Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility

Qualifications

• Earn base + upside commissions at Senior Level, depending on experience and performance
• Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
• Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
• Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
