What You'll Do

• Lead strategic sourcing efforts - Set the vision and goals for sourcing strategies across key business areas- Mostly Financial positions!
• Build proactive pipelines - Anticipate talent needs and connect with critical, hard-to-find professionals before roles open.
• Be the expert - Share market intelligence and insights with business leaders, recruiters, and HR partners to drive smart hiring decisions.
• Engage and influence - Leverage data, tools, and your expertise to advise stakeholders and create best-in-class candidate experiences.
• Grow your expertise - Stay on the cutting edge of talent trends, tools, and sourcing techniques while showcasing our Employee Value Proposition.

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years in a dedicated sourcing role (not full-cycle recruiting)
• Proven experience building talent pipelines for niche or executive-level roles
• Advanced search skills using Boolean, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
• Strong communication and advisory skills to influence stakeholders
• Bonus: Healthcare or manufacturing industry recruitment experience

• True Sourcing experience
• Ideally, Sourcing Financial positions; if not would still be considered
• Experience with pulling data insights and talent mapping
