The Desire Company is seeking experienced Workplace Safety and Compliance Professionals to participate in paid brand projects with leading industrial, safety, and workplace solutions brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise to create impactful content that helps shoppers make confident purchase decisions.

Project Overview:

• Filming Location: Varies by project (travel may be required)
• Time on Set: Approximately 3–5 hours (half-day; subject to change)
• Final Deliverables: 1 Product Recommendation Video per project
• Pay: Starting at $1,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert insights related to workplace safety, compliance, and risk management.
• Participate in a brief pre-production call to align on project goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with our production crew during filming sessions.
• Communicate recommendations clearly and responsibly for a consumer audience.

How It Works:

Once you express interest, we will pitch you to relevant brand and retail partners. If selected, we'll coordinate a pre-production conversation before filming.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in workplace safety, compliance, occupational health, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of safety equipment, compliance tools, or workplace products within your area of expertise, and the ability to assess and communicate their value to consumers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel if required.
