The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience in sales development and is comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage and grow pipeline activity in a fast‑paced, global environment.Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new business opportunities in the U.S. marketIdentify, research, and qualify potential leads within target insurance and insurtech segmentsSchedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospectsMaintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in the CRMCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategiesFollow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the funnelMeet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach, qualification, and pipeline targetsStay informed on insurance industry trends, insurtech innovations, and competitor offeringsWhat We NeedAt least 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Outreach role for an IT/SaaS/tech companyProven track record in outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling)Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote or global team setupHands‑on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of outreachSelf‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is a plusMust be based in the U.S./Mexico/CanadaWhy You'll Love Working HereInternational EnvironmentCompany activities and team offsitesDiverse, talented and fun team to work withOpen communication and flat hierarchyGlobal mobility opportunitiesTraining and development plan#J-18808-Ljbffr
