• Schedule appointments for candidates with our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and facilitate the hiring process
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your outreach

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
