Key Responsibilities

• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Consistently follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep the applicant tracking system current and accurate
• Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and successful hires from your leads

Compensation Structure
