Your Responsibilities

• Seek out potential healthcare candidates using our unique platform along with your existing contacts
• Reach out to promising candidates to showcase MLR openings and assess their interest
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiting team for thorough assessments
• Follow up with prospective candidates to nurture their interest and support their hiring journey
• Keep comprehensive and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your leads
