Genesis10 is currently seeking an AI Governance Analyst - Hybrid position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.
This role requires 2-3 days on site
Compensation: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level.

This role is focused on supporting and operationalizing AI governance practices across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and coordinating governance processes for the oversight of AI initiatives, utilizing knowledge of risk management frameworks and internal controls.

The position will support enterprise AI initiatives by establishing governance processes, ensuring proper oversight, and aligning with risk, compliance, and control frameworks. The role will work cross-functionally with multiple teams to operationalize AI governance practices and ensure standards are followed across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Help advance and operationalize AI governance practices across the enterprise
• Establish, coordinate, and support governance processes for oversight of AI initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or data science initiatives within governance, risk, or operational programs
• Experience with governance, risk, compliance controls, and audit processes
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and risk management practices
• Familiarity with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework
• Knowledge of internal controls and documentation standards
• Knowledge of internal IT governance controls (ITGC)
• Understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle requirements (SDLC)

Pay range: $96 - $99 per hour
