Talent Program Manager (HR Programs & Analytics)

2026-04-20     Bee Talent Solutions     all cities,AK
Description:

Our client's Talent & Performance team operates with a shared commitment to cultivating a culture of execution. Our values (TOPIC) and leadership principles (HUMAN) are the foundation for how we work-with clarity, accountability, and outcome-oriented collaboration. Every initiative, decision, andbehavior is aligned with these principles to build trust, teamship, and alignment.

This contract role is open because we need leaders who thrive in high-impact, fast-moving environments and are relentless about delivering results. You'll be empowered to drive talent programs that create real business value and strengthen our culture.

This is not a traditional HR or HRBP role. Instead, it is a data-driven program/project management position within the Talent function, focused on driving execution and adoption of ongoing initiatives rather than designing HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive execution of Talent programs and initiatives end-to-end
  • Lead rollout of a new Performance Management process and platform
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and progress
  • Translate Talent/HR data and analytics into actionable insights and next steps
  • Support development and enhancement of Talent tools with a strong focus on user experience (UX)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with an agile, execution-focused mindset
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Highly stakeholder-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Strong program/project management experience (preferably within Talent/HR environments)
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives forward independently in fast-paced settings
  • Experience working in smaller or high-growth organizations where adaptability and ownership are key
  • Comfortable leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions
  • Open to using AI tools and automation (experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to UX and end-user impact, especially for internal tools/platform
Other Responsibilities:
  • Lead and land global and regional talent development programs with a focus on delivering business impact-not just hitting delivery dates
  • Operate across both strategic and tactical levels to co-create, launch, iterate, and optimize talent solutions; step in wherever needed to move the team forward
  • Build trust through consistent, high-quality execution; ensure all actions are aligned to client's mission and values
  • Proactively communicate concise, action-based updates; surface risks and progress early to maintain momentum
  • Actively collaborate across functions, challenge ideas with constructive feedback, and commit to decisions post-debate
  • Champion continuous improvement, keeping outcomes, impact, and velocity at the forefront
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale talent development projects/programs with measurable business impact
  • Strong operational and program management skills-including strategic planning, change enablement, and hands-on execution
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and diverse, global teams; able to drive shared ownership, co-creation, and fast results
  • Relentless commitment to accountability, outcome-focused execution, and iterative improvement
  • Direct communication style; brings clarity, challenges constructively, and pushes for the best solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively under ambiguity, and switch between high-level strategy and tactical detail
  • Values simplicity, substance, and velocity; avoids overcomplication and focuses on landing meaningful outcomes
  • Minimum 6 years progressive people program experience (high-growth, fast paced environments preferred)
Tech Stack
  • GSuite, Slack
  • Workday
  • Visier or Tableau (analytics)
  • Asana
  • Exposure to custom-built HR/Talent analytics tools is a plus
