Looking for an experienced market research professional, with survey research experience on either on the vendor or corporate side; advertising research experience a plus.
Opportunity to work with a growing team and help to grow/roll out consumer research capabilities across the company.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable managing multiple projects at one time.
Applicant should be comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders and making actionable recommendations to these stakeholders based on survey findings.
Job responsibilities include:
Working with various teams across Walmart Connect to design both internal and external (consumer facing) surveys
Work in conjunction with various teams across the company to develop research plans and survey methodology
Questionnaire design
Survey programming
Day to day project management, with both internal and with third party vendors
Report writing and analysis, including actionable next steps and recommendations
Presentation of survey findings/recommendations to key internal and external stakeholders
Skills needed:
Familiar with online survey tools such as Survey Monkey
Questionnaire writing experience
Strong writing/analysis skills
Strong presentation skills
PowerPoint
Excel
