A company is looking for an Underwriting Liaison to support TPO clients by managing loan conditions and acting as a liaison between underwriting and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact for conditions submission and clearing, coordinating between the TPO client and underwritingManage condition-related follow-ups to ensure timely collection and submission to underwritingProvide underwriting guidelines and expertise to TPO clients while maintaining accurate records and file organizationRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required3 to 5 years of experience in mortgage originations, including loan processing and underwriting supportFamiliarity with mortgage loan guidelines and documentationExperience with Non-Agency / non-QM loans requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination systems
