A company is looking for a Process Server Experience & Communications Manager.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates and onboardingDevelop and implement structured communication plans to ensure clear and timely messagingAudit and improve educational content to drive behavior change and manage the knowledge baseQualifications:Experience managing communications or content programs for a distributed, non-desk audienceFamiliarity with CRM or messaging platforms, with the ability to build and launch campaignsBackground or exposure to performance support, human-centered design, or instructional designExperience coordinating cross-functional communication across multiple stakeholdersComfort with LMS platforms and a willingness to learn new tools quickly
